RH network dataset (CorrCoef.txt.gz)

• Please be patient. The file size is large (>1.5GB). We may send you the dataset on DVD upon request.
  
• The file contains an adjacency matrix (20,145 by 20,145) for the weighted and directed RH network. The first column and the first row include gene names. The number in row i and column j represents the correlation coefficient between aCGH data for gene i and expression data for gene j, that is, a test statistic assessing whether gene i regulates gene j. The dataset only includes trans pairs. (See the paper for details.)
